Dillon Richardson
Dillon Richardson is the World Para Powerlifting Performance and Development Manager at the International Paralympic Committee. In his role, he is responsible to grow the sport in different areas and deliver programmes to engage to athletes, coaches and referees from member countries around the globe. Dillon is the lead behind launching key initiatives in Para powerlifting and Paralympic Movement, including “She Can Lift”, a targeted programme to increase women’s participation and leadership, and “Raise the Bar Together”, an online competition format to provide accessible opportunities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dillon holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education from Nipissing University (North Bay, Canada) and a master’s degree in Human Kinetics and Sport Management from University of Windsor (Windsor, Canada).
