Lucy Mills

Lucy Mills lives in Barcelona, Spain and is a program manager for the foundation of Fútbol Club Barcelona. She is in her fourth season at “Barça” where she manages sports-based social inclusion programs for refugees and migrants in Europe and the Middle East. Lucy has worked in football in Europe and Africa over the past 16 years and holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cape Town. She is a board member and advisor to several local and international initiatives that promote football for girls and women.
