About The Speaker
Michel Liégeois is a Professor at the Université catholique de Louvain where he teaches International Relations and Security Studies. Since 2016, he has been president of the Institute of Political Science Louvain-Europe (ISPOLE). His research focuses on peace operations and Belgian foreign policy, particularly its action in the Security Council. Michel Liégeois is a member of the scientific coordination committee of the Boutros-Ghali Observatory on Peacekeeping.
