On 18 and 19 November all MOVE Congress participants are invited to start their day with a dose of physical activity by walking from the official hotel Thon Brussels City Center to the venue Tour & Taxis and collect “miles” to donate to the Daily Mile Foundation and two local Brussels initiatives via ISCA’s European Mile campaign.

The European Mile aims to demonstrate that physical activity should not be exhausting and complicated but accessible and everyone can move at their own pace. The key word here is MOVE.

The distance from Thon Brussels City Center Hotel to the venue Tour & Taxis is around 1.6 km, which is equivalent of one mile – a perfect opportunity to #FindYourMile in the morning prior the MOVE Congress sessions.

If you are staying at a different hotel, you can still join the walks from Thon Brussels City Center or initiate a walk from your hotel.

Every participant in the morning walks can register their miles on the European Mile website. Every donated mile will count towards the total tally and will enable ISCA to deliver a cash donation of up to 10,000 euro to The Daily Mile Foundation.

Dates: 18.11.2021 and 19.11.2021

Meeting point: Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre – lobby (look for the European Mile roll-up)

Start time: 08:00

End time: Between 08:30 and 08:50

Share your walk via social media with the hashtags:
